MATERIALS AND THEIR PROPERTIES

This particular workshops was requested by the Royal Society of Chemistry  and we designed this for KS1 and KS2 pupils.

Dividing the class of max. 30 pupils into 5 groups they have a box supplied per group with various items for discussion and as a competition find out the properties of each item. There are plenty of hands on items to be demonstrated too - showing how we can describe materials in three ways.
